A professional-grade, flat-edged, deep bowl that is the ultimate in functionality and durability.
Usually, the edges of bowls and colanders are rolled up. In contrast, the Koinu bowl series uses flat edges. Because they are not rolled up, they are easy to wash and do not collect water or dirt, making them hygienic.
The surface is smoothed by electrolytic polishing to prevent discoloration (tiny amounts of stainless steel peeling) caused by whipping cream or other liquids.
