Product Delivery Time

Usually we ship within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that it may take more than 4 business days if there is a busy delivery schedule.

Returns and Defective Products

We will only accept returns or exchanges of ordered items if the delivered items are defective.
If the product you received is defective, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We will not accept returns or exchanges after 8 days of receipt.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Long-Term Absence or Refusal to Receive

The storage period for packages by shipping companies is approximately 7 to 10 days, and packages will be returned to us after the storage period.
After the storage period, the package will be returned to us and the order will be refunded or cancelled.
When returning the package, the return shipping cost will be charged for the number of pieces and the normal freight cost (cash on delivery).
Please note that the refund will be made after deducting the actual cost of return shipping.
