A coffee pot designed with durability and direct-heat compatibility in mind.
Its classic appearance has been well received and is used not only in homes but also in restaurants and cafes.
The lid opens to about 160 degrees, allowing a coffee dripper to be placed on the pot's opening.
The knob is machined from stainless steel, and the handle has been polished even on the inside.
We focused on usability with a handle that stays cool, an easy-to-open lid, and a precisely cut spout for clean pouring.
The seamless welding that makes the body and spout appear as one is technically very difficult, and each piece is finished by scarce, highly skilled craftsmen.
What is a matte finish?
It is a non-glossy matte finish achieved by blasting to showcase the stainless steel base material.
The simple form unique to Koinu-ji products stands out even more.
